Dr. Naveen Rattan, Advocate is the visionary founder and principal attorney of Rattan Advocates. He has been practicing mainly in the field of taxation since 1986. Armed with his extensive experience in the field of taxation, he has successfully represented clients in legal matters with dedication during his tenure of 38 years.

He did his Post Graduation in Law (LL.M) and bagged Gold Medal. Thereafter he completed his Ph.D. on Indirect Taxes in the year 2002. He remained visiting lecturer of tax in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar for more almost twenty years. Presently, he is member of Hon’ble Supreme Court Bar Association, New Delhi, Punjab and Haryana Bar Association, Chandigarh, All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, Mumbai and Punjab Tax Bar Association, Ludhiana.
